From 27 to 30 August Novosibirsk (Russian Federation) host XI Technoprom-2024 International Forum of Technological Development. BKM Holding took part in the Made in Belarus exposition, presenting a 1:20 scale model of a 100% low-floor single-section tram T811. On the basis of this model a semi-low-floor model T701 has been developed for the implementation of projects on modernisation of tram fleets. Machine sets of tram cars of the first complete set started to arrive in Novosibirsk in 2024, and deliveries continue.
On the opening day of the forum the stand of BKM Holding was visited by Andrey Travnikov, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Yuri Petukhov, First Deputy Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Konstantin Prokin, Director of Gorelectrotransport in Novosibirsk, and Alexander Igonin, General Director of BKM Siberia.
The forum was held for the first time in 2013. This year the forum was dedicated to the theme: "Transformation of science and technology: the role and place of regions". The participation of Belarusian enterprises and institutions in Technoprom-2024 allows expanding unique opportunities to build interregional and international cooperation chains for the purpose of import substitution and achieving technological sovereignty on the example of specific projects, cases and developments.
