BKM Holding is participating in the "My Belarus" achievements exhibition as part of the Ministry of Industry's exposition in the thematic zone titled "Engine of the Economy". The exposition opened its doors to visitors on December 19 at the Minsk International Exhibition Center.
At the stand, a scale model of the articulated electric bus E433 Vitovt — the first in the CIS to operate on regular urban routes — is on display. This model leads in introducing innovations to passenger transport: it combines eco-friendliness, energy efficiency, and capacity for over 100 passengers (at least 35 seats). The vehicle serves as Minsk's calling card, takes part in Novopolotsk's transport electrification pilot project, and is also represented in Gomel, Mikashevichi and Russia's St. Petersburg.
The E433 Vitovt electric bus offers flexible power storage options: supercapacitors for an 8-minute charge with a 15 km range, or lithium iron phosphate batteries for up to 240 km range with a 6-hour charge. In 2025, a combined system was implemented for the Minsk project —ultrafast pantograph charging en route plus overnight plug-in charging, ensuring at least 120 km with climate control on and full passenger load. The 100% low-floor body features a ramp, kneeling system, wheelchair spaces, climate control, Wi-Fi, USB ports, multimedia, and video surveillance. Safety is ensured by automatic fire suppression, GPS, and driver assistance systems, while reliability comes from a composite body with corrosion resistance.
A video on the screen also invites visitors to tour the enterprise as part of industrial tourism. For reference, BKM Holding, the leading manufacturer of ground urban electric transport in the CIS countries, develops, produces, sells, modernizes, and services trolleybuses, trams, electric buses, cargo electric vehicles, and charging stations.
The Ministry of Industry's exposition is structured around the concept "From Raw Materials to Finished Products". Exhibition visitors can explore cutting-edge achievements across diverse sectors, from mechanical engineering and metallurgy to microelectronics and household appliances. The industry exposition offers a unique opportunity to feel pride for the country and draw inspiration from the successes of domestic enterprises.
The exhibition is taking place for the second year in a row at P.Medelki St., 24, Minsk.
